A terrible deliveryman who was outrageous towards my daughter. On the other hand, the e-merchant loft attitude listened and followed up very well on the phone. Deadlines were met, the product was well protected and received in good condition.
I withdraw one star because of the carrier. I recommend this site.

I could put 0 stars because my parcel arrived broken but that is rather the fault of colissimo. I put 4 stars because in 1 call loft attitude has not tried to understand whose fault it is and will send us another at their expense simply. Simple and efficient. Thank you

I had a very good first impression, as the parcel was neatly packed to protect it during transport. However it is indicated in your description "Materials: Glass cube and brushed steel frame" you will therefore understand my surprise when I opened the parcel and discovered a white plastic cube with plastic windows!!!!! it was for a gift, I'm terribly disappointed because it's not going to fit the person and I don't have the time to buy another one! if I'd known it was going to be white I'd simply have bought it elsewhere! after a promising first impression I finally feel ripped off!!!
