Difficult to return equipment. Going through the Post Office (when it works) with the uncertainty of being reimbursed. Prefer platforms like Amazon, where return conditions are much more flexible.

You talk about uncertainty of being refunded, in this case you could also have had the uncertainty of not receiving your product when you ordered? Loft Attitude strives to create a relationship of trust with its customers by gathering their opinions and striving to provide them with complete satisfaction.
If you had ordered the same product on Amazon, you would have paid 20% more (Amazon's commission on our products) with strictly identical return conditions.
