The service is generally correct (order, delivery) but the quality of the product leaves something to be desired (scratches). Following a complaint to customer service, I was told that the supplier was being questioned about this, whereas each item is supposed to be checked before being sent. Since then, no news...

Dear Customer, Indeed, we check all our products to limit this kind of problem as much as possible, but as far as your problem is concerned, the slight mark in the wood is not visible at first glance, and we did not detect it when packing your parcel.
