Very good order management. Fast shipment and delivery in 3 working days instead of the 48h announced: nothing annoying but it was useless to promise 48h on a bulky product, creating an unnecessary wait! On the other hand, LoftAttitude called to confirm that the appointment with the carrier had been made. Delivery made as advertised. Excellent follow-up. Sompex product of excellent quality. Prices for Sompex candles rose sharply on January 1st on the Loftattitude site, while prices for the same items on the Sompex direct site in Germany remained unchanged. Loftattitude cleverly disguised the affair with a temporary discount, but it really does feel like a rip-off. Not good at all.

Waiting time was a bit long because the product was out of stock. I knew this when I ordered, but it would have been preferable to receive an estimate of the availability date (proactivity...), with that I gave 5 stars without hesitation.
