The rendering in visu is not as good as on the photos, a little disappointed by the quality, otherwise well packaged product, good delivery tracking.

2 months of waiting for the shipment of the item supposedly out of stock when the product has always remained on sale promo with available product deliverable in 15 days during the 2 months of waiting, no response on the defects of the product (see below)

Dear Customer, We confirm that we have received your photo and forwarded it to our supplier. We are awaiting their return to provide you with an answer. Indeed, due to the confinement, the delivery time was a little over a month instead of the 15 days announced, as the order was placed on 24/03 and received on 07/05. We apologize for this. As of Monday, we will contact our supplier again, who is in a high-risk area and is partially decontaminated. Working from 9am to 1pm, the treatments take longer than usual.

The items are well presented, but updating availability sometimes seems to be a problem. This was the case for me, but immediately after placing my order I received a phone call from Loftattitude informing me of a longer delay and giving me the choice between a refund or waiting! An impeccable response!

Terrible delivery man. I had to fight to get him to take back the pallet on which the parcel was strapped. Everything else he left. I live in the center of town in an apartment so this is a real problem.
