Dear Customer, We have taken your comments into account, but you should be aware that postage costs for Switzerland are higher than for France. For your information, we paid 17.07€ for your 2kg Colissimo delivery against signature and we charged you 12.90€ for postage, so we covered the difference of 4.90€. We understand your dissatisfaction, but unfortunately we are dependent on the postage costs imposed by the Post Office.

Fast and efficient after-sales service!!! The item I ordered was delivered broken. I immediately called the after-sales service (+ sent photos by email) to return another product: 2 days later my parcel was delivered. This kind of responsiveness for online purchases is quite rare, so it's worth noting.

the carrier's behavior is outrageous. He simply left the parcel in front of the building without telling anyone and then left. It's a good thing the concierge was nearby to pick it up, because the parcel could have been stolen.
