It would be great if delivery were up to scratch. When I order a chest of drawers, I expect a chest of drawers packed and delivered to the foot of my building, but not strapped to a pallet! Schenker doesn't seem to me to be suitable for deliveries to private customers.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your point of view and would like to clarify a few things about our delivery methods.

Our products are secured to the pallet with stretch film to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. This film can be easily removed with a chisel or knife. We are obliged to deliver on pallets due to the weight and dimensions of certain products, which means they are better protected during transport and avoid damage.

Although this method represents an additional cost for us, it ensures that the product arrives undamaged, which is our priority. We chose Schenker for its reliable delivery services and its ability to handle heavy and bulky consignments, even for deliveries to private customers.

Very good quality of the product ordered and fast shipping. However, the shipping costs are too high: 30% of the price before tax, plus 10% Swiss customs clearance. Really too expensive !!!!
