Satisfied but...order placed at the end of Oct, on a product in stock. They called me at the beginning of Nov (I appreciate that this is coming from you) to tell me that there will be a 1 month delay, so at the end of Nov, to finally receive the parcel at the end of Dec. Fortunately I had anticipated this.
