No assembly instructions, had to request them. The quantities of hooks were underestimated. I was told not to put hooks in the corners! Whereas the instructions say there are some.

This was our second order with them, the first had no issues but the second was different... problem with delivery, I had contacted before placing the order, clearly specified the address which was different from the company's headquarters and it was not delivered to the right place.... the product is good, but the installation manual is not detailed enough, especially regarding the peripheral lacing and more details could save valuable time. Major downside, the manual indicated that the cord would be cut to the right dimensions, which was not the case and it was very complicated to do it with length ratios, moreover the rope tends to fray strongly when cut and it is difficult to stop it.

Regarding the installation manual, we have taken your comments into account and have completely revised it since your purchase in 2018. Today, it is more detailed and accompanied by tutorial videos to facilitate assembly. We hope that these improvements will provide you with a smoother experience during your next installation.
As for the cordage, we have also improved our practices. To prevent fraying, we recommend cutting the ropes with a heated knife, which seals the fibers and prevents their dispersion. Additionally, it is advisable to slightly burn the ends with a lighter for synthetic ropes to keep the fibers in place.

Hello, My net not being rectangular, and the dimensions not being very different two by two, I would have liked markers to be indicated on each side so as not to have to make trials which, due to some misfortune no doubt, forced me to redo it three times before installing the net in the right direction. I am satisfied with the product, although the assembly plan is not detailed. BUT the logistics: a disaster: order placed by phone with a delivery imperative at the beginning of the first week of September, several calls with unkept promises and final delivery with a 10-day delay, by an incompetent carrier who left the package randomly in another apartment! It's a shame that shipping is included in the price, as I would have saved time by picking up the net myself in Bordeaux!
