The online service is perfect. However, when you call, there is an impression of disturbing... it's a shame... It's important to be able to talk about your project.

Hello; the material seems to be of good quality, however for the installation there is a lack of a manual. How to make the knots? ......

Two small errors in understanding the specifications. It remains a complex product. It is necessary to take the time to exchange to understand each other well.

Very happy with our purchase. Quality net, it's obvious. Sound and honest advice. The only downside would be the installation. I find that the installation aids and advice are lacking, especially regarding the retensioning of the net. But I will call to ask for my advice ;)

Very good product with a team available and good advice. However, the assembly manual could be improved for better understanding.

Serious service, however I cannot yet judge the quality of the equipment as I have not yet assembled it. I will get back to you to let you know what I think.
