I am not at all happy with my order. I called in December to order a trampoline for my catamaran, being in the United States at that time, I discussed the order with customer service, I explained that I needed it delivered to France, and that someone would bring the trampoline to the Antilles, I specified that I wanted the black TEC 400 with eyelets, the woman I spoke to on the phone explained that the delays were longer, and that delivery would be in February, she sent me a confirmation email which I validated and paid for. We arrived in Martinique several months later, and then I realized that it was a net not in mesh but in ropes that was delivered, partly my fault since when I received the confirmation of my order, I assumed that everything was validated over the phone, the only correct thing is the color, very disappointed to find myself with the wrong product, after perhaps having trusted too much.

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to confirm the content of any prior phone exchange that occurred before the order. If a model in black TEC 400 with eyelets was recommended to you, it is indeed possible that it was the most suitable product for your needs. However, at the time of validating the order, that is not the model you validated.
We are also surprised to discover this situation today, several months after delivery, through an online review. If you had contacted us directly upon receiving the product or during its installation, we would have gladly reviewed your file to seek an appropriate solution.

I am quite satisfied, except for the announced delivery times of 3 weeks of production... A few days before the end of the 3 weeks, I received an email informing me that it would actually take almost 2 months (probably due to overloaded production scheduling).... I had to respond by expressing my disappointment for the deadline to be shortened. If the deadline had been announced from the start (not a few days before the date I thought I would receive the package), I could have been more understanding.

the product is good, but the installation manual is not detailed enough, especially regarding the peripheral lacing and more details could save valuable time. Major downside, the manual indicated that the cord would be cut to the right dimensions, which was not the case and it was very complicated to do it with length ratios, moreover the rope tends to fray strongly when cut and it is difficult to stop it.

Regarding the installation manual, we have taken your comments into account and have completely revised it since your purchase in 2018. Today, it is more detailed and accompanied by tutorial videos to facilitate assembly. We hope that these improvements will provide you with a smoother experience during your next installation.
As for the cordage, we have also improved our practices. To prevent fraying, we recommend cutting the ropes with a heated knife, which seals the fibers and prevents their dispersion. Additionally, it is advisable to slightly burn the ends with a lighter for synthetic ropes to keep the fibers in place.
