Delivery went fine, but a downside is that shipping costs are now being charged. Even for larger orders. That wasn't the case before.

The seller follows up on my order and contacts the carrier if necessary, a positive point. Package well protected, but a delivery time of 12 days. The carrier shows up at my door without having previously notified me of his visit. Still satisfied.

Thank you very much for your feedback and for your understanding.

I am sorry that the delivery took so long this time. Our carrier is currently undergoing significant maintenance and expansion work on its terminals in Poland. Unfortunately, this work may cause some delays in the delivery of packages.

We hope that this situation will remain temporary, as previously, deliveries to France and other countries were generally about twice as fast as they are currently.

I am also sorry that the carrier showed up without notifying you in advance. We take note of your comment.

Fairly quick delivery to Sweden but one can were broken and leaked the valuable content in the shipping box. Apart from that - perfect.

Ordering and payment went smoothly. There was also constant information about where my packages were located. Plus the tracking numbers, even from the foreign shipping company. 1 star deduction for the duration of delivery. Over 1 week until it arrived.

Thank you for your feedback! We are very pleased to hear that ordering, payment, and tracking worked smoothly for you. Unfortunately, we cannot speed up the transport duration any further, as all orders are shipped from Estonia. Some customers in Germany receive their packages within 3 days, but the duration strongly depends on the respective destination. We ship all orders at the latest on the next working day. The shipments reach Poland the following day, where they are taken over and further transported by local courier services like DPD or Hermes, depending on the region.
