Perfect quick and efficient
One of the 72 cans was broken upon delivery and the box was dirty. After the complaint, a new box was sent immediately!
We are very sorry to hear that a can was damaged during transport and that the box arrived dirty as a result. Unfortunately, such transport damages can occasionally occur despite careful packaging.

Amazing! The only webshop that sells long drink and can ship to Denmark. Please never close! Delivery was also fast (took a week), and the products were packed very well!

The package was supposed to arrive for Friday our inauguration, but we finally got it on Wednesday
We always ship all orders no later than the next day, but unfortunately, carriers sometimes encounter delivery delays. I checked your order: you placed it on May 18 and the package was delivered after 7 business days by Colis Privé, which is still within the usual timeframes.
When it comes to an important event, we always recommend ordering a little earlier to avoid any risk of delays beyond our control.

Quick and easy!
We love this type of Finnish drink. Everything was good except that the package had to be picked up at your package shop even though someone was at home.
Normally, our packages are always delivered directly to your home, so we unfortunately do not understand why this did not work this time. Most shipments arrive without any issues, but this time we simply had bad luck with the shipping service provider.
We hope to welcome you back soon and apologize for this problem.

Nice price for 24 cans of Somersby Pear and Apple. Ordered 2 trays, comes down to 1.56 per can! Great! Delivered to Leiden/Netherlands within a week and well packaged! Very satisfied and will definitely order again. Hopefully other Somersby flavors will be available in the future! 5 stars anyway!
