I was well delivered within the indicated time; but the big problem comes from chrono post which indicated me the same day that for unspecified difficulties they could not deliver me in Thonon in the chosen deposit which however functioned (I checked) and I had to go to seek it to 20 kms! in a small village and in an improbable store where nobody wore a mask, did not even agree to look at my identity card and where the dialogue was difficult. I answered of course the request for their opinion by saying to them what I thought. Please change the delivery man !!!
