Order prepared and shipped very quickly, items already in a box but wedged together in a larger box so nothing moves. Closed with adhesive tape marked fragile. The parcel arrived in 48 hours except that locally chronopost did not deliver the parcel to the planned pick up point (400m from my home) but asked to pick it up at their warehouse, 53km round trip. Lumitop was very reactive by rescheduling a chronopost delivery. Same problem, I had to go to another location. 5 stars for Lumitop and its great service. 3 stars for chronopost and its post-chrono service since the parcel is not delivered but just forwarded in 48 hours.
