Very anxious. But would have an unacceptable supplier. Lamps first not available, then one arrived damaged in the warehouse, then after 3 months order finally received. Thanks for the discount

En effet, votre commande a vraiment eu beaucoup de malheurs ...
Il y a d'abord eu un retard chez notre fournisseur, puis une lampe a été endommagée lors du contrôle de la marchandise, nous avons bien sûr refusé de vous l'envoyer.
Ceci explique un deuxième retard.
Ayant personnellement suivi votre commande, j'espère que nos nombreux échanges ont pu vous convaincre de notre souhait de vous proposer la meilleure solution.
Bien sûr, nous vous avons fait une très belle remise, c'est normal, et j'espère que vos lampes sont maintenant installées et qu'elles vous plaisent :-)

Jielde lamp was received with significant damage. Paint is badly chipped and large scrapes on the base plate. Contacted customer service. They replied quickly. Said they were very, very sorry, but can’t do anything about it. The postal carrier is not insured for paint damage.... We’ll have Jielde send you some paint to cover te scrapes yourself and you get 10% of the price. Still haven’t received the paint, still got a brand new expensive lamp with very visible damage. Not very happy with this solution as you might expect. Two stars for the effort. Do not recommend, will not buy here again.

Hello Wouter,
We are very sorry for the transport damage you received.
In view of the photos, a little touch-up paint can eliminate the scratches.
The matte olive green paint was pending at Jieldé, we sent it to you as soon as it was received.
Again our apologies for this bad experience, do not hesitate to contact us for a commercial gesture on a future order.
