We sincerely apologize for the delivery delay you encountered. As soon as you reported it, we immediately took charge of your case, ensured careful follow-up with the carrier, and made sure to keep you informed at every step.
However, we feel it is important to clarify that this situation is neither due to a shortcoming of our customer service nor to the quality of our products or our online store. The exceptional delay of 15 days is solely due to malfunctions of the carrier, with two consecutive cancellations related to the closure of the delivery point (hours incompatible with those of the delivery person), elements completely independent of our will.
As you have indicated, this was not your first order with us and your previous experiences had always gone smoothly. That is why we regret that this rating reflects an external delivery issue, despite our responsiveness and constant involvement in following up on your order.

However, the preparation time of orders is different from the delivery time.
Indeed, as you can see in our page dedicated to deliveries (https://www.luxxa-boutique.fr/fr/content/1-livraison), the preparation or even the manufacturing of each order requires a delay of 24 to 72 hours depending on the number of items and the complexity of the models included in the order. In addition to this time frame, shipping is unfortunately not our responsibility. This is why the times indicated are an estimate.
If we take a closer look at your order processing history, our commitments have been met.
Please note that delivery times (preparation or delivery) are in working days. But a weekend was included in your shipping time.
Of course if an order is urgent and has a deadline for receipt we will do our best to satisfy you. For this it is important to let us know.

Regarding our offer, our applied prices may seem high at first sight, but I would like to ask you Sir, on what criteria our products seem expensive to you?
A work of development where each element has a great importance is implemented: comfort, enhancement, resistance, tendency... are studied to ensure a unique and proper design to the brand.
All our models are assembled in France (a country renowned for the quality of its textile manufacturing) from A to Z by each of our assembly technicians who have a unique know-how in the art of corsetry for over 15 years. They work with precision to ensure that every detail is perfect and thus extend the life of the products, unlike competing offers.
We source our raw materials from France, where the materials are of the highest quality. Each creation has a minimum of ten different components (accessories, jewelry, materials, ornaments ...), made to offer a perfect finish. Finally, all of our customers have access to advice and personalized pre/post-sale services from a team present in the workshops in order to provide precise information at any time.
