Catastrophe - Clearly used or at least used product. Blind, deaf and dumb customer service. 2 stars because delivery was super fast. I have tried other places than Macway who I usually order from but they won't take me back. I'm curious to see the exciting response I'm going to get to try and clear your name. I wish I could show the picture of the m***** that you sent me for your other customers

The service sucks. It took me 2 months to receive my goods and I had to pay twice for shipping. According to the website, all products are in stock, but it is not. Then it is out of stock, then it is. They make a mistake in shipping, but they put the responsibility on the buyer. It's a real shame. I will never order from Macmanick again
