A small error on the order which required some exchanges with MacManiack but problem solved easily enough thanks to a reactive customer service. The products ordered are compliant and the advice on the tutorials for changing parts is perfect. Changed the parts of my Iphone in less than 20 minutes. Very satisfied.

Catastrophe - Clearly used or at least used product. Blind, deaf and dumb customer service. 2 stars because delivery was super fast. I have tried other places than Macway who I usually order from but they won't take me back. I'm curious to see the exciting response I'm going to get to try and clear your name. The service sucks. It took me 2 months to receive my goods and I had to pay twice for shipping. According to the website, all products are in stock, but it is not. Then it is out of stock, then it is. They make a mistake in shipping, but they put the responsibility on the buyer. It's a real shame. I will never order from Macmanick again

After weeks of patience, which I can largely understand given the current situation, my order is not honored and no tracking is available on my customer area. After many discussions I am told that the package is delivered ... It is nothing. I am asked to provide a certificate of honour and a copy of my identity card in order to initiate a dispute. Seeing nothing advance I recontact the customer service which undertakes to put the product in delivery within 5 days ... Seeing nothing change I call back to get the material sent (about two months after the order). I may give this website a chance but I would not recommend it.
