Some good and some bad: - the site is quite slow despite the fiber, some modules are not displayed at all times (the selection card for delivery Chronopost Pick Up for example). - some information makes you smile: (I order a phone screen, so, a priori my phone is out of order), "you will be kept informed by sms of the progress of your delivery..." - my first delivery, the product was announced delivered within 7 to 10 days, I waited about 1 month before being delivered. - The online chat and after sales service are top notch, quick and clear answers, simple procedure and acknowledgements by email... Great! - I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of the product. I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of the product. - I received a credit note following an order error (on my part). The credit note came with free Chronopost Pick Up shipping. It is very commercial on your part but the code of the credit is blocked on only 1 mode of delivery, if this one does not suit the customer he will not be able to use his credit... Maybe you should dissociate the credit and the discount on shipping...

I received a message 1 week later asking me to return the screen for inspection. It's been 1 week now that my mom's phone is unusable. The screen is a birthday present, I can call it a poisoned present. Think of molding for future purchases as well as my relatives and acquaintances. For information, I am a traveling salesman in the south of France and Corsica. I know a lot of customers equipped with phones and moreover with screens often broken on site, and until now I have been promoting your site. Today this is no longer the case and I would say the exact opposite of what I said before. Don't forget that you are not alone in this market.

It is true that the case I ordered is very beautiful and that the touch is magnificent but I bought this case for my daughter for an iPad Air of 2020 and the case is not for an iPad Air of 2020 but for an iPad Air of 2017 on the other hand I did not find anywhere on the site an indication of which iPad it is I have not yet contacted the SAV of the site The product was sent rather quickly and well packaged It would be wonderful that the descriptions of the products will be a little more detailed even if it is only a case
