Ordered on 19/08 and only arrived in early October! No information about the restocking of the product, I had to buy a similar product before receiving this one! So useless purchase in the end.

Confusing description as to whether a repair tool kit was included with the order. And a support service that shows bad faith on this subject. It's a pity because before, they had been reactive to give me a credit note after a mistake (choice of a product not in stock). Disappointed by this site more expensive than others, chosen for its good explanatory video and its kit included, which is finally not included ... (which is not necessarily a bad thing, but let's be clear!) Ps: since my order, the link of the chosen kit has been deactivated and it seems that on the kits now offered, it is clearer that the repair tools are not included, I certainly fell at the wrong time. A good thing that does not erase the bad faith of the support person.

Still no delivery after 5 weeks of delay, as well as a reminder from me 7 days ago; I received an automatic support email, then the next day an email from a collaborator telling me that my order (which had become complete that day) would leave the same day! No way! I thought I would be able to repair my Iphone 5 odinophone at the beginning of September, (2020!) Still no solution, because no delivery. And "everything" was cashed immediately. There is no delay !

I have received a damaged battery and I have had 3 replies to my email confirming this but not answering me as to a solution. It's my study tool and I need it urgently

The object (diPhone SE home button) delivered was broken (cut tablecloth).

The prices are interesting but I have been waiting for my battery order for a good week now. Very quickly, I received the confirmation that it had been sent (on 14/09) and I don't understand why, a week later, I still haven't received it... In the meantime, I can no longer use my mobile phone... Which is annoying for my patients and myself...

I have been ordering for years. For some time now they have no stock, the products are online, you order and the "restocking" estimated at a minimum of 15 days. After a month of waiting no news. After an exchange by mail we are told that we will be reordered within 15 days. Pathetic! No communication, stock not updated, money cashed! I am very disappointed with the evolution of this site which I have been promoting around me for years. I did not send any notice on my last orders which were placed in this way. I've been using this site for years and I'm very disappointed with the way it has evolved.

The connectors reinstalled in the iphone SE shell were not compatible with the motherboard of my SE (power and lightning). The ON/OFF button pin crimped in the shell was missing so the button was unusable and finally the rear camera support does not hold the camera and a ground wire (?) is missing around the camera, connecting the button to the shell. Totally unusable and a lot of time wasted. Very unfortunate

I haven't received anything yet since I placed my order.

As usual, my order was processed as quickly as possible, but this time the product had some damage, fortunately minor, which did not prevent its installation and operation.

I bought a screen at 60% off during the sale period and thought I had a good deal but this one is low end, not bright enough and it looks like it has taken the water somewhere but not at all. I have to change it as soon as it is installed. Very disappointed yet you were my reference site for Apple parts

A little long for the delivery

I was able to order easily but knowing that they did not have the product in stock they still charged my card and I waited a month to receive half of my order and I am still waiting for the rest of my order I do not recommend this site
