You had ordered items awaiting restocking (available within 15 days) but upon receipt of our restocking, we came back to you to ship your package as agreed. However, in the meantime, the Belgian Post Office (BPost) has informed us that it is temporarily unable to process parcels due to a saturation of the Belgian network during this holiday season and health crisis.
