Order validated and paid but not shipped and that without message. I had to send more than 10 messages before I got any answers. Despite the validation everything was not in stock so 1st refund then 2nd refund and finally reception of the rest. If I could put zero, I would. My order was too slow to be processed even though I had paid for express delivery. I was not able to pick up the package in time, so I did not pick it up at all. Before the package was sent, seeing that it would not arrive in time, I asked to cancel the order. My message went unanswered.
