Took a long time to arrive

Ordered a cd player on April 10th and received it 2 months later... here it is

Long delay without customer follow-up (more than 2 months), article missing in the parcel, no commercial gesture despite all its setbacks! If the service is identical to the Chinese site, why pay more! I will not order anymore

I replaced the screen of an ipad mini a month ago without any problem, after that I proposed to my. I ordered a touch screen for ipad 6 and I don't know why the home button was already mounted on it when it wasn't ordered, I just thought it was part of the screen and I cut the original home button Nate to remove the old screen before realizing after reassembling that the Touch ID function would never work again. But why put a home button not ordered without meaning that the Touch ID function will never work again. I am very very disappointed by this blunder. I had to contact apple and the best solution they offer is a replacement pad for 290. I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not, but I'm sure it's a good idea to get a replacement pad.

Incompetent service, impossible return policy.

The delivery time is a bit longer than for my first order but the shipping is very good and the quality/price is unbeatable.

I have ordered 2 screens (the one on the iphone 7 has a manufacturing defect) or perhaps a transport defect. The lcd screen has stains from the wires I don't know how to explain but it's not normal... defective product, impossible to access a link for the return, request for refund, many email to finally not have satisfaction, the links given by email do not recognize my passwords, the SAV wants me to take charge of the return of the product for retraction while it is deffectueux!

Very nice case but unfortunately does not fit my Apple, asked 13 inches ... it is certainly a 15 inches ! It's a shame !

I ordered a 3 metre cable to charge my iPad and after it ran out I received a 1 metre cable. I reported it and after a second out of stock I received another one of 1 meter. I reported it again and was told that I could not choose the length of the cable. The moral of the story is that I go to the store to buy a 3 meter cable and I end up buying two 1 meter cables that I don't need.

Not the right products sent, a gift that was not present .... not very serious I reported it but I was surprised to receive everything in conformity. communication not terrible ... preparation also average (covid?) We have the right to make mistakes but it is good to reassure customers, a little word is cool. that's all.

I was able to use the screwdriver listed in this order, but in a previous order a cheaper model given for the same purpose was unusable, so in the end I spent a lot of money on equipment that I will probably not use again.

I've been using it for a while now, but it's a good idea to keep it up to date with the latest developments.
