Non-existent after sales service. Misleading deadlines. Emails sent remain unanswered.

I have already sent an email with a picture showing that I did not receive everything I ordered.

MacManiack loses five stars by using the post office and its poor service. One week to deliver is too long. Other than that, satisfied with MacManiack and correct product.

Of course I will not order from you anymore. I informed you that the seal of my iPhone 6s was not the right one with picture attached. You did not contact me to consider replacing this seal. For 3€ you will lose a customer. Really a pity

Hello, The product seems to be well made and conforms to the original. After replacement, everything seems perfectly functional. However, a small drawback: it was delivered to me rather late compared to the announced time of 48h00 to 72h00 (ordered on 26/12 and arrived on 6/01)

Lame. I don't recommend it. I received a different model than what I ordered and no response from customer service despite three reminders. Run away!

The product is not as described, I ordered rubber pads for my macbookpro, they are in fact hard plastic, so the mac slides easily! Also, I made a complaint about this which has not been answered!

Very poor battery performance from the moment of installation. Out of order after 1 month of use

If I could put zero, I would. My order was too slow to be processed even though I had paid for express delivery. I was not able to pick up the package in time, so I did not pick it up at all. Before the package was sent, seeing that it would not arrive in time, I asked to cancel the order. My message went unanswered.

Unfortunately, the product delivered is not the product ordered, it can happen. But 25 days later, after several exchanges with the after-sales service, I have neither exchange nor refund. It's a pity.

I ordered a charging connector dock for iPhone 7 Plus. I received my order but the charging connector dock was defective, one of the microphones was loose and was walking around in the bag sliding in a simple thin bubble envelope! I reported the defect of the part I received and the after-sales service asked me for photos of the part, photo that I forwarded the next day. More than 8 days later and despite my reminders by mail and Messenger I remain without response from the SAV. So I strongly advise against this site, because they do not take the time to treat the after-sales service of their customers or to bring them an answer. I don't know if I was unlucky or if the parts ordered on the site are of bad quality but in any case, a response from the merchant to the complaints of these customers is still the basis of commercial relations. Conclusion: run away from this website !!!!!!!!!!!

iphone 6 battery bought on december 2 received on december 9; it does not hold the charge empties in 4h, number to reach you is an answering machine

It's not really what I'm looking for because there is no upper edge to protect the glass. It wasn't visible on the pictures...too bad. I received it 5 days after ordering and paid 3,99€ for shipping!

Poor quality product

I bought a NEXUS 6 speaker for my Motorola smartphone. On the site it is not mentioned for which type of smartphone and as I know nothing about it, I thought that the speaker is valid for all Nexus6. The repairman disassembled and reassembled my mobile. Fortunately he did not charge me anything. So not happy

Out of two devices received only one that works. The second does not give any sign of life. I had to replace the two almost completely discharged batteries.

Like many things, Macmaniack was better before! I've ordered protective screens that never arrived. I dream of a time when customer service was courteous rather than blaming you, where problems and deliveries were resolved in 48 hours maximum. After years of loyal service and being a spokesperson for this company, it's like Capri, it's over. In short, the Macmaniack of yesteryear is no more and will have at least one less customer!

A small error on the order which required some exchanges with MacManiack but problem solved easily enough thanks to a reactive customer service. The products ordered are compliant and the advice on the tutorials for changing parts is perfect. Changed the parts of my Iphone in less than 20 minutes. Very satisfied.
