Incomplete order, lack of antistatic kit. Missing instructions and no outside help. Disassembling the device quite difficult, and reassembling with the adhesive strips of the battery impossible, these should be delivered in double. Delivery: no problem. quite fast despite the blockages in France at this time. I would appreciate to be able to redo the assembly of the battery delivered with additional adhesive strips. ( there, the battery is not attached ) Thank you. Wishing you a good year 2020.

Indeed, you ordered on 09/12 and your package was shipped the same day in single letter without tracking as requested when you placed your order. You then contacted us to inform us that you still had not received your package. When you choose a shipment without tracking, your package is indeed not traceable.
