Incomplete order, lack of antistatic kit. Missing instructions and no outside help. I just ordered a replacement screen for my old galaxy S4 that I still use. I order a samsung screen (samsung was marked on the screen in the picture) and I receive a screen very quickly. problem: it only displays green lines when I turn it on... I report it to the SAV, and I ask why I receive a defective screen in a bubble wrap without a serial number. I'm told it's a compatible screen (it's a samsung screen that doesn't look like a counterfeit, so I ask for the difference between an original screen and a compatible one, I get a vague answer). so I send it back and ask for one that works. I'm sent back a screen (one month later!) that works but with edges that are so unstuck that I can't press the home button. I'm a bit angry when I ask for my money back because I'm told to send it back at my expense! I finally decide to take one of another color, but certified as an original samsung part, and I add the difference for this exceptional part. I finally receive a screen in bubble wrap without a box and without a serial number, but it works. after a few minutes of use, I realize that the screen is a little unstuck at the bottom and it makes a small unpleasant click when I touch the screen. I'm going to change my phone because it's annoying and I'm tired of fighting for nothing. The only positive point is that I got a refund of the amount I had paid to get the hypothetical original screen (it's the least I could do, I shouldn't have even asked for it).

Defective product

Photo not contractual. Promise of battery origin apple with logo. Same for the cable. It is nothing to receive. The original battery weighed 32g that received 29g. It holds the charge for how long? The tools for unclipping are fragile.

I am not happy with my experience on the site. I have ordered from them twice and twice the order was not correct. I didn't say anything the first time and was satisfied with what they sent me. Great site, easy to order and excellent price. I've ordered on Wednesday, but I'm not sure how long it will take to get my order. I ordered on Wednesday. The delivery was supposed to take place on Friday but the post office only came the following Monday, when I was not there. So I had to go to the post office again to receive the package. Unacceptable customer service : due to a stock shortage not visible at the time of the order, the package arrived with many missing elements without even an alert from macmaniack when it was sent. I'm not sure how much I'm going to pay for my order, but I'm sure I'll be able to pay for it. I strongly advise against this.
