Indeed, you ordered on 09/12 and your package was shipped the same day in single letter without tracking as requested when you placed your order. You then contacted us to inform us that you still had not received your package. When you choose a shipment without tracking, your package is indeed not traceable. We did not have any more in stock at that time to offer you an immediate return, which is why we offered you several solutions and why you asked for a refund.
