Poor item, delivery time way too long!

3 weeks waiting because apparently out of stock ...

I purchased a defective part and the return and refund policy does not work.

Horrible delivery. It was a month and a half before I received it. A little late, I agree completely. I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of the product. I'm sure it will be a pleasure to receive it. A lost customer....

I replaced the screen of an ipad mini a month ago without any problem, after that I proposed to my. I ordered a touch screen for ipad 6 and I don't know why the home button was already mounted on it when it wasn't ordered, I just thought it was part of the screen and I cut the original home button Nate to remove the old screen before realizing after reassembling that the Touch ID function would never work again. But why put a home button not ordered without meaning that the Touch ID function will never work again. I am very very disappointed by this blunder. I had to contact apple and the best solution they offer is a replacement pad for 290. I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not, but I'm sure it's a good idea to get a replacement pad.

I only received half of the order so I will have to see when I get the other half !!!!!!

Incompetent service, impossible return policy.

I have ordered 2 screens (the one on the iphone 7 has a manufacturing defect) or perhaps a transport defect. The lcd screen has stains from the wires I don't know how to explain but it's not normal... I don't know what to do, do you send back a screen or do I have to send back this one and be reimbursed? .... Thank you.... Isa kurtis

defective product, impossible to access a link for the return, request for refund, many email to finally not have satisfaction, the links given by email do not recognize my passwords, the SAV wants me to take charge of the return of the product for retraction while it is deffectueux!

I never received my order !!!!

I ordered a 3 metre cable to charge my iPad and after it ran out I received a 1 metre cable. I reported it and after a second out of stock I received another one of 1 meter. I reported it again and was told that I could not choose the length of the cable. The moral of the story is that I go to the store to buy a 3 meter cable and I end up buying two 1 meter cables that I don't need.

Site with many products

Deplorable customer information service. Informal and totally incompetent exchange. Zero customer relations. After placing my order I was informed that it could not be honoured because the delivery method selected was incompatible with the products ordered. The order must be cancelled and reordered with the most expensive delivery method. Big disappointment also at the delivery. Cheap product that is not worth the price. Product description incomplete and therefore misleading. I do not recommend at all. Too bad one star is the minimum. Zero would have been more appropriate.

very bad: you sold me a non-APPLE charger at the Apple price. This is literally theft. I paid a chronopost for the next day: it arrived 3 days later via a subcontractor. No customer service worthy of the name. For a start, it is not conclusive. I deleted my account. I will not use you again.
