I received my product about 45 days after my order instead of 2 weeks as announced. No email of apology or anything. (On the site it is well noted that there is no problem with the orders because of the coronavirus.) Nevertheless, I received a part that was worth much more than 15, which I paid for and so I will put 4 stars. I'm going to give it 4 stars, but it's late and there's a mistake on the order.

Bof, the product is supposedly the one that fits. I've been doing this for years, we get a pale Chinese copy that doesn't work well. I should have been suspicious, I don't even have the strength to complain because it's so bad. They are hasbeen compared to the new post-pandemic economic models that await us.

I ordered the pack to change the battery in my iPhone 6. According to the video and the comments it was easy. It took me over 2 hours to change it and with some damage. Impossible to remove the face with the suction cup. The spatula broke immediately. The stickers behind the battery are not as easy to remove as on the tutorial and it took me a lot of patience and ingenuity to remove the damn battery without piercing it. Now I have to use the speaker to hear my correspondents on the phone and I don't know how to put on a headset anymore. In short, if I had known, I wouldn't have changed my iPhone:-(

I'm very pleased with the quality of the product and the price. The only downside is that my ecological side is coming out, and that makes sense in these troubled times; too much plastic packaging! And maybe not enough communication on the origin of the wood and the way it is exploited ... which in my opinion is a pity, it could be a big plus-value on the product. I bought a mac charger, in the purchase image it was not clear that the charger was "without socket" and so I could not use it directly. In this kind of case it would be nice to highlight the need to buy the "socket" via a pop up, a suggestion to buy the part in addition? This would improve customer satisfaction enormously!
