Order conforms to my expectations except for delivery time....

I had to wait a long time to receive my parts from the customer service... I had to wait 2 months and 2 days to receive a part of my order and I still miss 2 articles not received to date ... I hope to have quickly otherwise for the rest the services is reactive and the parts of quality but I think had nevertheless good back a moment I want to believe that there was due delays on the restocking but 2 months I believe it average ... I have even received packages from China in the meantime ... I would recommend it anyway because you can find all the parts but you really don't have to be in a hurry to receive them and the customer service is reactive. It's a pity that there is no number to contact them which would make things even easier at the communication level!

I'm glad MacManiac is putting Karembar back in the packages. I would rate it "Very Good" if we gained a day in delivery. especially for weekend orders, we feel like there is a day to gain! I have been very satisfied with the service and the quality of the product.

I note a way because I am not at my first order and the recurring problem visibly orders received in several shipments because "article not in stock" and I do not notice before payment information on this fact!

Please say 5 to 10 days to receive the order. I am waiting for this delay and even more.... When I contact Macmaniack, they tell me that there is a delay (which I can understand) and they add 10 days. I accept without flinching (COVID obliges, it's normal) After this second 10 days, I contact again and they tell me that the product has not arrived but that the principle part is there since the beginning.... Thank you!!!!!!! Instead of telling me earlier, I would have had the part sent and just cancelled the product....
