Half satisfied because there is an error on the color.

Very long delivery 1 month after order due to lack of supply. It is only after having contacted them that I learned that an article was out of stock. They offered me a refund of this article that I am still waiting for.

If the products MM sells were available, it would be a good service as it was a few years ago... However, why promote products that you can't deliver? I have been waiting for iPhone batteries (FQGERZZRY) for six weeks... I think that at this rate, MM is doomed... Unfortunately. I'm trying to keep the local or regional ones alive, but I can't ask my customers to wait six weeks with their broken machine...

Attention the battery is delivered without stickers to reassemble it, think of ordering them in more... It did some strange things at the beginning, sudden phone cut at 20 percent of charge... But after several cycles of charge and discharge it seems to work better even if the autonomy leaves something to be desired ...

The tool kit provided with the battery for the replacement of it on an iPhone 7 did not include a triwing screwdriver essential for the removal ...

Catastrophe - Clearly used or at least used product. Blind, deaf and dumb customer service. 2 stars because delivery was super fast. The photo of the battery for iphone6 proposed by macmaniack is identical to the original battery.... but the one delivered is not the one!!! I'm not sure how to get a better idea of what's going on with this one, but I'm sure it's a good one.

I placed my order on Nov 28 at 12pm. I tried to modify it without success and then asked to cancel it on the 29th at 11am before it was shipped. No answer. I received an email on the 30th to tell me that it was being prepared and then shipped! You are fast to send orders but not to answer your customers...

Confusing description as to whether a repair tool kit was included with the order. And a support service that shows bad faith on this subject. It's a pity because before, they had been reactive to give me a credit note after a mistake (choice of a product not in stock). Disappointed by this site more expensive than others, chosen for its good explanatory video and its kit included, which is finally not included ... (which is not necessarily a bad thing, but let's be clear!) Ps: since my order, the link of the chosen kit has been deactivated and it seems that on the kits now offered, it is clearer that the repair tools are not included, I certainly fell at the wrong time.
