I did not receive all my order while the items were in stock at the time of ordering, I received only 2 items out of 3, not a message or a word to say that there was out of stock, I had to send an email and I was asked to send a photo of the contents of the package to hear me say after that it was out of stock and then I am offered a refund or wait for it to come back

Bof, the product is supposedly the one that fits. I've been doing this for years, we get a pale Chinese copy that doesn't work well. I should have been suspicious, I don't even have the strength to complain because it's so bad. They are hasbeen compared to the new post-pandemic economic models that await us.

Disappointed with your article Rear lens protection for my iPhone X. You note compatible with the X, I bought 2. Both of them don't fit on it. I had to throw them in the trash. Deceptive business practice.
