The customer service was quite responsive. I've been working in sales, and I know how difficult it is to satisfy the customer and to answer emails. I'm just taking away one star for the fact that it takes a few mail exchanges to find a compromise for the shipping costs (to Belgium at least). I'm very satisfied with the service and the order arrived on time and in perfect condition. Thank you :)

Was a Belgian company before. shipping costs have increased and the delivery time has gone from 1 day before to 3 weeks now. despite this I found a compatible mag safe charger acceptable compared to the rest of the market (amazon)

I made a mistake with my order and contacted mcmaniack's customer service. I was unable to reach them by phone. They agreed to send the goods back to them. I have to say that I am very pleased with the service I received from mcmaniack and that I have been very satisfied with my purchase. I am disappointed

The order was easy. However, the product description was not complete: no info if the lightning to jack adapter is a 4 or 3 contacts (with or without microphone). I ordered it hoping that it would take into account the microphone, but it does not.

Nothing to say about the delivery time and the battery which seems to be working properly for the moment. On the other hand, regarding the kit, the plastic tools all broke even though I didn't force them. Maybe bad luck! They send me back a kit for free.

The site was responsive to cancel a sale made in error > great However the touch home button I purchased does not seem to work (this is not related to the motherboard as the iPhone has been restored and requires touch ID programming)
