delivery a little long following problem of report but customer contact very reactive and effective

I had to wait a while because the product was not immediately available from stock. It was a battery for a smartphone which I could not order anywhere else. I am very satisfied with the service I received. Satisfied.

I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of the product. I have never received the order after more than 2 weeks, after several messages the interlocutor makes me a second shipment that I receive 2/3 days later.

Good as a site

The shell sent is not from the brand "LiveProof", contrary to the image of the advertisement. I'm not sure if it's the same as the one I received, but it's a different brand of case. It is of lower quality, but satisfactory, and four times cheaper.

I had to wait a long time to receive my parts from the customer service... I had to wait 2 months and 2 days to receive a part of my order and I still miss 2 articles not received to date ... I hope to have quickly otherwise for the rest the services is reactive and the parts of quality but I think had nevertheless good back a moment I want to believe that there was due delays on the restocking but 2 months I believe it average ... I have even received packages from China in the meantime ... I would recommend it anyway because you can find all the parts but you really don't have to be in a hurry to receive them and the customer service is reactive. It's a pity that there is no number to contact them which would make things even easier at the communication level!

I'm glad MacManiac is putting Karembar back in the packages. I would rate it "Very Good" if we gained a day in delivery. especially for weekend orders, we feel like there is a day to gain! I have been very satisfied with the service and the quality of the product.

I note a way because I am not at my first order and the recurring problem visibly orders received in several shipments because "article not in stock" and I do not notice before payment information on this fact!
