The part for the camera on the screen is missing, what should we do?

Fast delivery and quick response when I reported that I have a return to make. However, since then, I've been waiting more than 15 days for a follow-up to my photo shipment to validate the return...and still nothing!

I find that for an order of drums, the kit of sticking to change the battery should be proposed, it would be a real advice and service

Out of two devices received only one that works. The second does not give any sign of life. I had to replace the two almost completely discharged batteries.

Quality OK, support OK, but a month delay is too long.

The product is conform (a replacement battery), however I did not need the screwdrivers. I have to say that it's a pity that it's a waste of money... The product description lacks detail.

Some good and some bad: - the site is quite slow despite the fiber, some modules are not displayed at all times (the selection card for delivery Chronopost Pick Up for example). - some information makes you smile: (I order a phone screen, so, a priori my phone is out of order), "you will be kept informed by sms of the progress of your delivery..." - my first delivery, the product was announced delivered within 7 to 10 days, I waited about 1 month before being delivered. - The online chat and after sales service are top notch, quick and clear answers, simple procedure and acknowledgements by email... Great! - I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of the product. It is very commercial on your part but the code of the credit is blocked on only 1 mode of delivery, if this one does not suit the customer he will not be able to use his credit...
