Order arrived very late

The navigation on the site is good but just a small downside, since 23/03 my order is considered shipped but I still have not received anything and there is no detailed information so I remain in the dark

I ordered the pack to change the battery in my iPhone 6. According to the video and the comments it was easy. It took me over 2 hours to change it and with some damage. Impossible to remove the face with the suction cup. The spatula broke immediately. The stickers behind the battery are not as easy to remove as on the tutorial and it took me a lot of patience and ingenuity to remove the damn battery without piercing it. Now I have to use the speaker to hear my correspondents on the phone and I don't know how to put on a headset anymore. In short, if I had known, I wouldn't have changed my iPhone:-(

One of the tools I received was of poor quality so it was impossible to disassemble the unit, I had to recommend other tools.

I bought a mac charger, in the purchase image it was not clear that the charger was "without socket" and so I could not use it directly. In this kind of case it would be nice to highlight the need to buy the "socket" via a pop up, a suggestion to buy the part in addition? This would improve customer satisfaction enormously!

Serious about sending the product well packaged. But the quality of the product does not match the description.

Disassembling the device quite difficult, and reassembling with the adhesive strips of the battery impossible, these should be delivered in double. Delivery: no problem. quite fast despite the blockages in France at this time. I would appreciate to be able to redo the assembly of the battery delivered with additional adhesive strips. Ordered on November 15 and received on December 19, very long.

I've been using it for a while now, but I'm not sure how long it'll take to get it back. But the most regrettable is that despite all my precautions, I lost the home button and touch ID... And yet I followed the tutorial step by step and did everything with meticulousness. Otherwise, the quality of the screen is very good.

Good products but they are not clear on the means of delivery. I had to cancel an order because they said my order could not be sent by letter. But then why do they offer letter as a delivery option?

Disappointed with the tablecloth because the sticky part of the buttons was missing. I tried to glue it because I needed it... I recommended one and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it will conform and have all the sticky parts

Photo not contractual. Promise of battery origin apple with logo. Same for the cable. It is nothing to receive. The original battery weighed 32g that received 29g. It holds the charge for how long? The tools for unclipping are fragile.

The last orders are laborious. There are missing items or the entire order has not been delivered, which has been the case for me for the last 3 weeks. What's more, I ordered items that were advertised. A little disappointed lately

I did not receive the invoice

Great site, easy to order and excellent price. I've ordered on Wednesday, but I'm not sure how long it will take to get my order. I ordered on Wednesday. The delivery was supposed to take place on Friday but the post office only came the following Monday, when I was not there. So I had to go to the post office again to receive the package. Very unfortunate.

I have received the material and it is very correct but I thought that for the price it was ready to be mounted directly on the iPhone, all in all the price of the screen is a bit too expensive. Sincerely
