My driver was great! Very polite, very clean, very competent and just a very nice man. He was on time and took me from my home to my dental appointment and I had a great experience and would use this service again.

I definitely used this company, although they always respond to negative criticism by saying that the names don't match the data and are therefore wrong. On the day I was picked up, the driver was over 40 minutes late and did not apologize for the delay. I tried to voice my concerns, however, the customer service representative was unfriendly and unwilling to help. The driver and customer service were aggressive and accusatory. It was the worst experience. Personally, I suspect this company's ratings are unreasonably high for their actual services.
