We ordered via the platform and paid in advance (it is an obligation). The driver didn't come for his race. Since then, we have a lot of trouble to contact them and impossible to be reimbursed for the race that was not done. It's a pity that we can't put a negative note.

After having been late to pick me up at the airport, (1 hour late compared to the time of arrival and I am told that this is part of the limits mentioned in the GTC .... Ok I say nothing) Then we start (15 minutes of rolling) and the driver forgets to put fuel in the car. One finds himself thus out of order in full medium of the road, we had to wait 2h30 so that a collaborator brings him 1 Litre of fuel oil which does not allow us to arrive has the gasoline pump of course... So it's already 3h30 late, the driver told me that of course I was not going to pay the race that my pre-authorization bank will be cancelled and that my deposit will be refunded (350 euros anyway). 15 days passed and nothing! I call them several times without any answer, my SMS without any answer and then I try one last time and I receive a cynglant message telling me that I should "have some modesty" and when a shopkeeper tells you that he will make a commercial gesture for a "light dysfunction" (a light dysfunction ????? In breakdown 2h30 it is a light dysfunction ?) and that I should consider that the journey was cashed has half and in this frame my deposit was completely cashed in this frame also that the service was realized in all the conditions of honorability.
