After having been late to pick me up at the airport, (1 hour late compared to the time of arrival and I am told that this is part of the limits mentioned in the GTC .... So it's already 3h30 late, the driver told me that of course I was not going to pay the race that my pre-authorization bank will be cancelled and that my deposit will be refunded (350 euros anyway). 15 days passed and nothing! I call them several times without any answer, my SMS without any answer and then I try one last time and I receive a cynglant message telling me that I should "have some modesty" and when a shopkeeper tells you that he will make a commercial gesture for a "light dysfunction" (a light dysfunction ?????
