Order taken on the phone, price known in advance, final price paid on board (some expenses retained on the deposit which is normal because we had asked the drivers for a service in addition) but warned in advance by the driver. We did 2 transfers with them, from Paris to Lyon and from Lyon to Geneva airport. Very good, punctual, fast, clean, I strongly recommend this service. I didn't put "excellent" because at the 1st transfer, when I wanted to pay by card, the driver told me that I could pay in cash (which I didn't have) and that by card it was 10% more, I thought that was cool. Then the driver made or received a call and told me that it was ok and that I could pay by card with no extra charge. So for the 2nd transfer, I had planned for it and had withdrawn cash, so payment was super secure in conclusion.

Nothing to say, except the deposit we are asked to pay but it is everywhere.

New development: the after-sales service did its job and reimbursed me the amount that had been unfairly charged to me. When making an appointment, the problems began: Magic VTC made a mistake in the estimate by entering the wrong destination. The customer must then deposit the amount of the race, I decided to trust them and I was wrong. On the day of the pick-up, the driver announced that he would be 2 hours late on the agreed time. Despite my protests (a contract had been signed by both parties and I had paid for it to be respected), Magic VTC did not make any effort and arrived 2h15 late. On the road, the driver drives like a madman: 190km/h on the highway, overtaking despite the continuous line, and so on. Once arrived, I pay the fare (290e) and the driver informs me that my deposit will be returned in full because the trip went well. However, Magic VTC withheld an additional 66th for a "15% reservation fee". This is a breach of trust. In addition to being dishonest, you don't know how to do maths because 15% of 290e is equal to 43.5e. I tried to contact them but they were quick to block my number.

We had booked this VTC for a trip from Lyon to Val d'Isere and found the fare to be good. However, from the start we found it strange that we were asked for a bank loan of 290e when booking the journey, but the driver reassured us by texting. We had booked the taxi for midday as we had to be in Val d'Isere before 5pm and the evening before our departure, he announced that he could not come before 2pm even though he had signed a contract at the time of the deposit of 290e...so we waited for two hours at the Gare de Lyon and met the driver at 2:15pm. After a hectic journey with some speeding, the driver asks us to pay a second time 290e although we ask him to take our deposit. He assures us that the deposit will be refunded as soon as possible, but a few days later he takes 66e from us. Fortunately, after discussing with the customer service, we were able to come to an agreement and settle our dispute in good terms.
