When making an appointment, the problems began: Magic VTC made a mistake in the estimate by entering the wrong destination. The customer must then deposit the amount of the race, I decided to trust them and I was wrong. On the day of the pick-up, the driver announced that he would be 2 hours late on the agreed time. Despite my protests (a contract had been signed by both parties and I had paid for it to be respected), Magic VTC did not make any effort and arrived 2h15 late. On the road, the driver drives like a madman: 190km/h on the highway, overtaking despite the continuous line, and so on. Once arrived, I pay the fare (290e) and the driver informs me that my deposit will be returned in full because the trip went well. However, Magic VTC withheld an additional 66th for a "15% reservation fee". This is a breach of trust. In addition to being dishonest, you don't know how to do maths because 15% of 290e is equal to 43.5e. I tried to contact them but they were quick to block my number.
