The store consistently delivers cheese and related products that customers describe as delicious and repeatedly praised for taste and quality, with many noting a real enjoyment of variety such as cow cheese with summer truffle and Basque cakes. Delivery is frequently highlighted as fast and well wrapped, with multiple mentions of maintaining cold chain and secure packaging, and customers appreciate efficient service and careful handling. Customer service and reliability are reflected in positive remarks about responsiveness, professional handling, and dependable product quality, with customers returning for future orders and recommending the store to others.
Choice, packaging, delivery, all of this is correct. As for the cheese itself, it is good but not exceptional... In any case, far from being the "best cheese in the world" that you claim....

Response from Maison Agour
Thank you for your feedback. The title of 'best cheese in the world' refers to a real award received at the World Cheese Awards, and not a claim, but of course, tastes are personal! Feel free to try other affinements, some are more distinctive.

Everything suits me: both the navigation on the site and the speed of processing my order. As for the quality of the products, I recommend. I left the Basque Country for personal reasons, receiving an AGOUR package is receiving a bit of the Basque Country. Quality products

Awful experience. One order = messages every day. People looking for local products do not want to be flooded with messages. ENOUGH OF THE SALES PITCH. I am a customer! Not an object to be milked for every last penny. Just for that, my first order will be my last.
