Quality products, too bad Chronofresh is so expensive.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback! Chronofresh is a premium service that guarantees delivery in a refrigerated truck, but it comes at a high cost. We pay an average of €20 per shipment and have chosen to charge only €14.90 to absorb part of it. That said, we also offer an alternative with DPD for standard delivery. You can add an insulated bag and ice packs, which is more than enough, especially in winter, to keep the products in good condition. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions! Incomplete order, missing 1 kg of cheese, missing free jam, and especially missing insulated bag with Free pack, so cold chain not respected and especially order received two days after the expected date, so two days of uncertain storage, surely not in a cold room.

I am very satisfied with my purchase. I benefited from a January promotion with free shipping. The package arrived in impeccable condition and very quickly. This cheese is really excellent, as are all the other cheeses I have tasted, which were really very good, and the cherry jam is not too sweet and really has a cherry flavor, which is not the case with other jams. Moreover, we were delivered quickly with ice packs, which helped keep the cheese in very good condition.

Very satisfied with the products from the first and second orders, the only downside is that for my last order I had to pick it up at a relay point while I had blocked my day for delivery at my home as for the first. I called the DPD company that the driver could not come to deliver to me, I was told that to deliver to my home I had to contact you to reschedule a new delivery date, I went to pick up my order at the relay despite my disability. In any case, I am satisfied with the products.

The products are excellent but for pity's sake change the DPP delivery person who took 10 days to deliver to me. I often order online with the post, they are the worst. My condominium is huge and to avoid getting tired looking for the 19th building out of 22, your package arrived yesterday and I had to go pick it up in the street!!! Best regards.
