Indeed, we encountered a problem with the Tommette 3 milks and did not anticipate the stock outage in time. Since then, we have corrected this error and the product is now indicated as unavailable on the site. As a commercial gesture, we replaced the Tommette 3 milks with another quality cheese, which is actually more expensive for us. This substitution was mentioned on the card attached to your order, as is our practice. We hope this replacement still brought you satisfaction and remain available for any questions or requests. We are not Amazon, but a small artisanal company, and we do our best to process each order quickly. Your order was placed on a Thursday afternoon, after the daily passage of carriers at 2 PM. Since we do not work on weekends, it was shipped on Tuesday morning and delivered by Wednesday morning. This represents a delay of 3 working days, in accordance with our announced deadlines of 3 to 5 working days. However, we understand that the wait may have seemed long to you and we sincerely apologize for that. We would also like to emphasize that this end-of-year period is particularly busy for us, but we remain committed to ensuring the best quality of service possible.
