The site itself is fine, but the big problem is the quality of the cured ham aged 9 months. This is the second order I have made. The first was not conclusive at all (excessively salty ham), but this time it's a disaster. I wanted to take a slice at noon and it is all white as if coated with a layer of talc and still too salty. I do not recommend this company and will not order anything again. I will throw away this quarter of inedible ham. It serves as a lesson and makes me wary of so-called rewards!!! The tasters should have consulted our grandparents who knew how to make real and good ham.

Everything went well, but... I appreciated less the mention for the cheese '...to be consumed before 28/03/2023'! Too short a deadline compared to the purchase date! For the excellent cake: it would be better protected in a more rigid box to avoid breakage! Don't take this as a complaint but as a personal opinion!

Even if these products are not made by you and you are only the distributors, I do not accept to pay 50% more than at the producer itself. I ordered, as stated in the photo, 3 bottles of wine from the 2017 vintage and unfortunately I received 3 bottles from 2018... very disappointed, I will never order from their site again.

It is stated in the description of all our wine bottles that the photo is not contractual, in this sense, we sent you the vintage that we had in stock at that time. Furthermore, the 2017 vintage of this wine is no longer available for sale anywhere. Next time, please remember to ask which vintage is in stock before placing your order.

The website was not good because I could not distinguish between the recipient of the goods and the billed person. Incorrect phone numbers were put on the order. My order was then delivered incorrectly. An order placed on December 13 was finally delivered on December 31. I was very upset because the gift did not arrive in time for Christmas.

Hello, normally it is possible to differentiate the delivery address from the billing address. Perhaps the steps to achieve this are not clear enough, so we take your comment and will look into it. Regarding the delivery, indeed, there was a problem with your package, but unfortunately, there is not much we can do about it. Your package was shipped the day after your order, so you should have been delivered before Christmas. We notice many delivery problems during the end of the year due to the workload of carriers. We tried to react as quickly as possible for your package but unfortunately, it was not enough and we are sorry. Purchase of an 18-month ham and disappointed because the flavor is quite 'neutral' (I have known much finer, I buy 1 to 2 hams with bone per year) and quite fatty nonetheless. However, this is the first time I took an 18-month one. Unlikely that I will buy this product again.

Hello, indeed the Christmas period is a time when carriers are quite unpredictable.. Unfortunately, we can't do much about it.. We work with TNT because it is one of the only carriers offering such fast delivery (24h), essential for our products. We also work with Chronopost which also offers delivery in 24h, in refrigerated trucks but the price is not the same, a delivery via Chronopost costs us about €20 per package. Next time, opt for this carrier to be sure not to have other issues.

After an unfortunate mishap with the order regarding shipping, I finally received my order. The products are excellent. I do not regret ordering despite everything. The Basque cake is just as I remember from my childhood (being Basque myself). Now I just need to make a raclette to test the kit of 3 cheeses and the one with Espelette pepper. My husband, a big fan of sausage, loved the one we received. I take away one star not for the quality of the products, but for the troubles with the order.

Hello, the access site (cheese, ham icons, etc.) needs to be improved in terms of choice visibility... I didn't instinctively guess that they were choice icons and for a second time I searched a bit... There need to be icons that stand out... In white, one might simply think they are a form of summary... Otherwise, once in the choice, it's very clear (in my humble opinion!!) we have everything, the weight, the price per portion, per kg, and the product details... And the best for last: very good quality products and delivery within 24/48h max, a guarantee of quality... I'll allow myself a small reproach: maybe free delivery at a slightly lower price...
