The navigation on the site is well done. The delivery and its tracking are exemplary. Fast and secure delivery. The products I bought are all of quality, both the sausages and the cheeses. I started with a discovery idea and have since been convinced by the quality of the products. Well done! The prices are in a high category, but that's the price of quality.

Hello, It seems that you do not consult the remarks made by your customers in your 'contact us' section. I will therefore repeat myself. During my last order which is the subject of this satisfaction request, there were two jars of foie gras, one plain, the other with espelette pepper. I thought I would taste an excellent product as noted on your site, and well NO, what a disappointment! This foie gras was of a dreadful insipidity, to the point of not really knowing what I was tasting. This is a shame because previously I had eaten 21-month aged ham which is excellent. For the end of year holidays, I will simply return to the Breton foie gras producers who have always satisfied me. Best regards.

The site itself is fine, but the big problem is the quality of the cured ham aged 9 months. This is the second order I have made. The first was not conclusive at all (excessively salty ham), but this time it's a disaster. I wanted to take a slice at noon and it is all white as if coated with a layer of talc and still too salty. I do not recommend this company and will not order anything again. I will throw away this quarter of inedible ham. It serves as a lesson and makes me wary of so-called rewards!!! The tasters should have consulted our grandparents who knew how to make real and good ham.

Everything went well, but... I appreciated less the mention for the cheese '...to be consumed before 28/03/2023'! Too short a deadline compared to the purchase date! For the excellent cake: it would be better protected in a more rigid box to avoid breakage! Don't take this as a complaint but as a personal opinion!

It is stated in the description of all our wine bottles that the photo is not contractual, in this sense, we sent you the vintage that we had in stock at that time. The website was not good because I could not distinguish between the recipient of the goods and the billed person. Incorrect phone numbers were put on the order. My order was then delivered incorrectly. An order placed on December 13 was finally delivered on December 31. I was very upset because the gift did not arrive in time for Christmas.

Hello, indeed the Christmas period is a time when carriers are quite unpredictable.. Unfortunately, we can't do much about it.. We work with TNT because it is one of the only carriers offering such fast delivery (24h), essential for our products. We also work with Chronopost which also offers delivery in 24h, in refrigerated trucks but the price is not the same, a delivery via Chronopost costs us about €20 per package. Next time, opt for this carrier to be sure not to have other issues.
