The complaint must be accompanied by visuals of the packaging and products attesting to the situation.
After studying the complaint by our quality service, the customer service will proceed according to the customer's wish, to create a credit note, refund, or reship the damaged goods only.

Hello, nothing against you, just the delivery which was a nightmare. They told me I was delivered when I was not, after several calls to the delivery company who could not find my package. I received it after 1 week. Anyway, your product is good.
