It's a shame that the delivery conditions are not respected; we pay for home delivery, but the package is not presented to its recipient and delivered directly to a relay point.

Hello, We sincerely apologize for this incident; we understand your legitimate disappointment! Unfortunately, this is an issue beyond our control and due to the TNT carrier. Despite all the care and heart we put into the development of our products, we are forced to outsource delivery. Your case is far from isolated. Indeed, some delivery people prefer to drop off several packages at a single relay point rather than go to each person's home. Although this technique is formally prohibited by TNT, some drivers unfortunately take this liberty.
