Hello, Thank you for your feedback! Chronofresh is a premium service that guarantees delivery in a refrigerated truck, but it comes at a high cost. We pay an average of €20 per shipment and have chosen to charge only €14.90 to absorb part of it. That said, we also offer an alternative with DPD for standard delivery. You can add an insulated bag and ice packs, which is more than enough, especially in winter, to keep the products in good condition. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions! This cheese is really excellent, as are all the other cheeses I have tasted, which were really very good, and the cherry jam is not too sweet and really has a cherry flavor, which is not the case with other jams. Very satisfied with the products from the first and second orders, the only downside is that for my last order I had to pick it up at a relay point while I had blocked my day for delivery at my home as for the first. I called the DPD company that the driver could not come to deliver to me, I was told that to deliver to my home I had to contact you to reschedule a new delivery date, I went to pick up my order at the relay despite my disability. In any case, I am satisfied with the products.
