I had a disappointment, your almond tuiles in a box arrived in crumbs, three-quarters, I did not use them for a family coffee, even if the last whole ones were good, too bad.

The navigation on the site is smooth. The order and payment are easy. The cheese, ham, and sausage are of superior quality, the order arrived in Belgium after 4 days, transported with refrigerant elements and insulated bags. The protection is good for cold weather, but for transport in hot summer, I think the protection is insufficient.

Quality products, nothing to say but the delivery time by Chronofresh is not respected. Our last delivery, despite the extra 'Chronofresh delivery', arrived after 4 days.

This service is usually very reliable, but as you pointed out, unforeseen events can sometimes occur. That said, it is not normal that your order took 4 days to arrive. We will escalate this issue with our provider to understand what happened and prevent it from happening again. The advantage with Chronofresh is that even in case of delay, the products remain fresh. Prices are high but the products are very good. However, your transport provider DPD is AWFUL. And your customer service does not respond. So I will not order from AGOUR again.

Still enjoying and soon again some of the best cheeses and some cured meats except for the truffled dry sausage and the whole tenderloin since too dry and narrow in size compared to the sliced one, but I continue to enjoy the whole copa and the ham and ventrèche in large pieces
