Shipments made on a Thursday. Transport on the weekend and delivery scheduled for Monday. However, during a heatwave, the transport delays the delivery by a day. Result: hot and melted cheeses, grease everywhere in the bags, the ham the same. If you are going to take the blame, you should never make deliveries on Thursdays and Fridays and especially reconsider your carrier (DPD): unreliable. I have nothing to say about the products, they are of quality. But never order on Thursday or Friday again.

Shipments via DPD benefit from insulated packaging with ice packs to protect the products. However, the trucks are not refrigerated. That is why, especially during heatwaves, we recommend prioritizing Chronofresh, despite its additional cost, to ensure delivery under optimal conditions.

Super. What great compliments. Already for the orders, a perfect follow-up, reactive and extremely fast. And for the quality of the cheeses. For my daughter's wedding, 120 people. Only compliments from the helpers, the guests, the owner of the castle. Despite a meal that was already quite complete, the well-stocked cheese platters were a hit and came back empty. This is rare according to the manager who supervised the service. Really excellent. Thank you.
